...totally the name of my GW2 guild........ we die alot
Inspired by the tomb kings while i was window shopping on the Games workshop website.... i now have a nagash and a few mortis engines in my cart XD

At first I wasnt so sure if the swordsmans sword was merely resting on his shoulder,
or rather going right through his head.
I mean, I've seen that happen to skeletons, it gets really funny when they try to pull it out at the blade...
But enough of that skeleton nonsense.
Well done, I'd say this easily fits into Guild Wars 2's artstyle

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, no, yes, yes, no, no, YES.
And any other comments I might have are all just artistic nonsense, so feel free to ignore the rest of this post.
I must say, while I never get tired of the whole 'cyan and black' thing people have taken to represent ghoulish figures like these, it's good to see the sparks from what one assumes is a kind of fire coming up from below (or the remains of some infernal apparating spell/ability). Gives a really semi-hellish feeling to the piece, even if the fire seems to be giving off a white light. But we know it's not a white light, it's just light illuminating fog, and that's what makes it interesting, the whiteness of the fog, especially in the foreground. The fog in the middle is more gray, it's dark and foreboding (as one might except) and the distant stuff is all saturated with 'the blue effect' you get from the Earth's atmosphere, but with white in the foreground it really casts this image into a light that most similar pieces fail to capture.
That light, as it were, is that not all darkness is evil, and even if it were 'evil' that's only a construct anyways. It's helped in many ways by the almost aloof nature of the warrior right in the middle of the piece, holding his sword by the blade over his shoulder. Even if he weren't an undead, any warrior holding his sword like that isn't ready for battle. He's showing off that he can hold his sword that way, or, if we want to really take it as far as possible, he's tired of battle. And traditional evil, especially the undead kind, never really tires of battle, especially not when posing on a mountainside like this.
Really, I could go on, but I think I'll save at least a little bit of critiquing for something where a critique is actually requested
