My first impression was that her right eye (seen from her pov) seems to be squinting a bit? But that's just a minor thing in a major masterpiece Love it!

The texture of the crown, as well as the skulls around her neck are brilliantly done, not to mention the vibrant colours in her eyes and the background. The image's use of color is very well balanced. Excellent work!
