Second painting i did for Animangaki this year! Ahhh i'll never get tired of painting the fat red space ferrari
anyway, if any of you guys are around i will be there doing demos for both the days so come say hi, and walk away with perhaps one of these prints or bags of glorious gunpla!!!!!
I have one more gundam painting to post then im on a mecha hiatus for a while (been watching claymore and i NEED to get some ideas out of my head XD)

Man i have seen some fan art and gunpla of the sazabi that were quite good, however this is definitely the best sazabi i have seen, its even better then the actual onscreen sazabi. as a matter of fact it looks like you started with the Master grade sazabi kit and used that as a model to sketch out the Mobile suit then added the rest later. Β man you even painted it weathered. my hats off to you as this is just one of if not Β the best pieces of Mobile suit artwork i have ever seen. its better then if i had my master grade sazabi in front of me.

im glad you like it! yea i used an MG as a base to paint over. its a pretty fun workflow. And i think that stuff on the lower right corner is just space junk. that floating stuff you see in the series

dkjfoaihfnenf[suhf OMG sorry to act all special there for a minute one sec *wipes drool from face* Haven't been on in a while but love these this is one of the many that I am planning on building. Β Love the in depth color and effects that you put into this very piece. Love Gundam Series to the point that I am watching them from when they first began. Very gorgeous piece so realistic like I am actually in floating in space gwacking at it as if it where truly in front of me. Keep up the work love all of these that I have found so far.

Huge red space ferrari looks pretty dar good. I like the details you gave him to the armor as if he really seen some s*it in the battles xD
Pose is also interesting, although I would love more if he was pointing with his other arm on someone.. like - Am gonna 'reck u.. noa! Get over here
The only thing I don't get are the orange explosions (stars?) around him, they look a bit burnt or smth smth
