I can identify that Inaros is wielding War, but that sidearm I cannot determine. Might be a modified Magnus. Additionally, he's wearing a Syandana of sorts.

yea i tend to make things up to fit my warframe images, so i think it was a sycarus that i modified along the way. the syandana was based on that one that came with Inaros, but modified so its strips instead of one giant cape thing

i dont really remember. If you've followed my work for a while you'd notice i tend to make up weapons to fit into the image, so i think these were based on the sicarus then i went off on a tangent

after update 19, you can find those in corpus missions above lvl 15. So it should be easier to get them now.
