About the idea:
All I knew, was, that I wanted to do a Jeff skin. First, I came up with something like Pink/Rainbow/Unicorn-style Metal gear. The contrast would have been great. But then I realized, that it somehow did not fit with what I wanted. Then I thought about something victorian or steampunkish which lead to this. I was thinking, what Jeff would use/wear in this styles and I came to the conclusion, that it would contain as much metal as possible. So he decorated his clothes with gold trimming and golden vine ornament stitched on his vest. The "Generator" is a combination of steampunk and Tesla elements.

Legend:
1: The cylinder is decorated with a big and a small brass cogwheel as well as a copper key on the front and with a locket on the back.
2: Round bicolored glasses with brass frame.
3: Two copper coils to direct and channel the lightning. [In game: Only while in chase.]
4: A bracelet with some pins stucked behind. You'll never know, when you need them, when fixing things!
5: A device to measure your movement speed and for charging your Generator. When all light bulbs are on, you should activate Overcharge Mode and get rid of the extra power via the coils.
[In game: While you are standing still (aka hiding etc.), no bulb glows. While interacting or while walking, one bulb glows, while running out of a chase, two bulbs glow and while in a chase, all bulbs low and the lightning starts.]
6: Buttoned leather shoes.
