Description
Prompt: Sonic and Metal ask Tails to make them a little robo child :3I always love the Bits as "fan children" for Sonic and Metal. They look so much like an exactly perfect cross between the two.
For this piece, I decided to try a cel shading style again. It's a lot faster to do than the smooth shading style (though I do like smooth shading better). I've been a bit bogged down with some writing projects lately, so I haven't had as much to post here.

I also love how you manage to give Metal some sort of "expression" given that his only facial "features" is the screen where his "eyes" are

This is very true! There's no real way at all for metonic fan children to be anything but adopted, but I think that just makes it heartfelt in a different way.
