Mac and Tosh Gopher = Plusle and Minun because of course they do. They are hands down the best choice for them for obvious reasons.

Road Runner = Galarian Zapdos because Galarian Zapdos is based on a road runner. Easy choice.

Wile E. Coyote = Hero of many battles Zacian because they are both dogs. The Coyote is very scraggly and scrawny and this form of Zacian has so many scars it reminded me of the coyote's features. Zacian also requires an item to make itself stronger, just like how the Coyote uses all of the ACME products. Also once you make the Road Runner a legendary making the Coyote a legendary too just makes sense.
