Oh god, I saw the movie with this guy in it. Or at least the first 20 minutes thereof, until he went to prison, which was a good way to stop watching that on a "high note".
I dunno if the character was depicted accurately in this film or not, but GOSH, he was acting like a complete flank-hole.
Blowing up some random guy's car because he was parking in the wrong place, and arresting a guy for trying to escape a burning building. -____-;;
...aaand that's the only impression I've ever gotten of the character since then.
