We had a turbo controller for our Sega and when it was used with the Louies, they'd use their special abilities rapidly. My brother liked to do that with the pink (I think) one so that it'd dance really fast, lol.
It was a fun game. I should see if I can download it on the Wii.

Probably (you can download it on Wiiware).
But if they're still there, you should grab 'em fast. Since Hudson went bankrupt, I'm afraid they might pull out most of their titles out of Wiiware/Xboxlive/PSN. (that's what they did with Midway, when they closed/before being brought back by Warner Bros a years or so ago)

Well, they add/pull out digital games all the time.
Unlike games in story you can either find back in second hand later or on ebay or stuff, digital releases get pretty discrete exists/some are even timed limited releases..
