great idea, love the background and light.. i bet you could've created the deathly pale / purple choking, bursting blood vessel effect with make up. Also perhaps remember to shoot from lots of different angles and move around the models positions to find the most effective one. i think maybe she's filling the frame too much.. it may have been more effective to include just the hands, or maybe some of her face.. but great idea, it's nice to see experimentation in the horror field, and with such a great topic.
