Description:
You can only activate this card if "Silver Crystal" is on your side of the field. If there are no "Cosmic Heart Compact" Spell Cards in your Graveyard when this card is activated, you must discard 1 "Cosmic Heart Compact" from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Super Sailor Moon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard {and then shuffle the deck}. If you Special Summon from your Deck then shuffle the Deck.

I don't think I quite understand what this card does.

Basically, you have to have "Silver Crystal" in your Graveyard in order for this card to work because it's similar to the anime. Then you Special Summon "Super Sailor Moon" from pretty much anywhere except from the Remove from Play Zone.
Did that help or do you need more clarification?

Oh wow, I just realized that I messed up my own clarification.
"Silver Crystal" should be ON the field (not in the Graveyard) and "Cosmic Heart Compact" is the one that should be in your Graveyard because it's the transformation device that Usagi (Serena) used previously to transform into Sailor Moon.
I made this rule only to be accurate to the anime.
Then you get to Special Summon "Super Sailor Moon".
