Captain's starog, May 14, 2156. We are finishing our survey mission of the Mutara sector. The nebula, occupying most of the region, has proven a hard task. Even with Enterprise's upgraded sensors, our readings are highly unreliable. Communication with Starfleet Command is shaky at best. T'Pol estimates we'll conclude our survey in three-four days.

Enterprise exited the Mutara Nebula on May 18. Before being able to relay the gathered scientific data, an emergency broadcast changed the lives of her crew forever. Starbase One was attacked. The Romulan War has begun!

Amennyire hallottam/olvastam, az új részeket le lehetett választani, tehát ha beütött a gebasz, Archer ledobatta az új törzset, a hajó meg röpült tovább. Gondolom, normál esetben navigációs deflektornak használták a régi tányért, a la Voyager.

Actually, this is a hommage to a hommage. In the S3 episode Twilight (back when the word did not refer to sparkly vampires), Earth is destroyed by the Xindi and Humankind does a Battlestar Galactica, the remnant race travelling to a new homeworld to rebuild. And it's Ceti Alpha 5. The scriptwriters intended it as a cruel joke, knowing that the planet would be rendered nigh-uninhabitable in a century.

Oh, yeah I forgot about that episode, When Archer gets memory parasites. Which is also the same episode where Enterprise's Bridge is shot off.
