If you want to practice Dovahzul, there is a good website called memrise.com that has user-made courses on a lot of languages. I just started learning Dovahzul on that site, and it is very helpful because the courses are designed to help you remember things like pronunciation, letters and spelling using "mems" (which are memes or helpful pictures that users also create). You have to sign up to use the site, though, but it's free so as long as you have an email it shouldn't be too troubling. To be honest, because I just started learning the language, I'm not too sure where I am either. XD Hope this helps you, though.

I wonder if they made a vocabulary and a grammar for Dovahzul...

I don't mean to just pop up in a conversation.
But, they do have a list of words that were used in the game, along with the grammar stuff.
