Thank you! Yeah, it's fun to see all the different takes on his human version! Some make him kinda thick, but I see him more as muscular, since crabs have incredibly strong arms and claws!

Yeah what the heck were Disney smoking? Maybe they wanna promote beastiality? I find it so funny that there are a lot of young girls, like small children, that have Tamatoa as their favorite character. Like, fuck Disney princesses, I wanna marry a gigantic, sadistic egocentric a-hole, that is also a crab. Haha

I didn't realize he effected little girls too.  I heard of one little girl who was set on marrying him but I didn't know there were multiple accounts of this. I know he's clearly effected a lot of adults. Heck, I've drawn my own humanized version. 
Yeah, I find it really funny yet I totally understand the fandom for him at the same time--except for the ones who really want to do weird things with him. I'm never going to fully understand that one... Voice aside, that is still a monster crab that could easily kill and eat you.

I'd do anything to meet a 5-year old who wants to marry him That would be so adorable and terrifying at the same time, haha!
Funny story: There was this 12-year oldish girl who sat next to me in the theathre. She clung to her mom during so many moments in the movie, and she was scared to death of Tamatoa xD She also stared at me a lot, haha...

Truth be told, I couldn't care less about any ships in the Moana universe. Maui/Moana COULD work if done properly with an appropriately aged up Moana or mortal Maui or immortal Moana for that matter, but I like the two as merely friends--it's a heck of lot cuter to me.

As for Tamatoa/Maui--I don't see it at all. I like the theory that these two used to be friends at one point before Maui ripped off one of his legs, but no, they aren't lovers IMO. I know when it comes to legends and myths regarding gods and relationships, anything goes--so it has nothing to do with the fact that one is a giant crab and the other is a demigod. It's simply that I don't see any chemistry between them.

I did once read a tumblr post about a little girl who told someone at the Disney Store that she wanted to marry Tamatoa.

I'm asking because pretty much the first thing I saw when I looked up Tamatoa on tumblr, was shipping him with Maui! *sigh* Why am I surprised?
Especially since Tama beat him up pretty damn good in the movie

But yeah, anyway, I like the "friendshipping" between the two. I'd love to know more about their past together I wonder how a "normal" conversation between the two would be like, cosidering they're the most egocentric beings on the planet x)

I've seen a few adorable arts and fanfics glossing over their friendship.
Sadly, I'm at that point with fanart and fanfics where I'm not even surprised anymore when it comes to rule 34 and shipping.

However, I may support a crack shipping if it's done really really well.

Jag har vänner som gav mig otroligt höga förväntningar när jag skulle se den, men den är faktiskt otroligt bra som film, och man märker verkligen hur vanisinnigt genomarbetad den är. Även om det inte är min alla tiders favoritfilm så är jag ändå så otroligt glad över hur mycket kärlek och efterforskning som lagts ner i den, plus att Disney vågat gå ifrån den typiska "Disneymallen". Så du bör absolut ha höga förväntningar om den
