So you don't realize why she is worse than him...
It's because Alucard is has no concept of right and wrong.
She does though, but thinks that killing innocent people is fine if it serves her purpose.
She even thinks that it is "right" to kill any innocent person that gets in her way (accidentally or not) and that they "deserve" to die.
Thinking about that, there is nothing awesome about her.

if anyone is a monster it's the Major. Integra does what she does because she has a job to do and doesn't want anything to stand in the way. None of the ones she either killed herself or ordered to be killed were innocent.Β
I find her awesome because she has an iron will and a strong sense of authority.Β
