II know of cliffs made of water,
Lakes made of rock,
Slaves made of white,
Masters made of black.
I know of skies made of gravel,
Paths made of clouds,
Monks made of sin,
Laymen made of worth.
Yet,
I know not of your gratefulness,
Love made of need,
Smiles made of faith,
Words made of hope.
I know not of your truthfulness,
Nights made of trust,
Eyes made of truth,
Moments made of joy.
I know not of a cause to stay.

I don't believe in forever. That doesn't mean, though, that I can't appreciate how you wrote this poem.

Do you think you may feel art in you forever? It is just something I think about sometimes. Whenever an idiot writes stuff like 'forever' it's always about a bloody love relationship! But sometimes and stop and wonder if I can say, 'forever' about other things. Eh.

Well, I don't believe anything can be that permanent, that's what I meant. Change is an inevitable, although certain things do have a feel of permanence to them...
