Description
In a side Dimension of the Marvell comics universe Surtur the Fire Demon overlord and the Mystic Demon Dormammu battled over control of the most powerful monster in their universe the king of the monsters Godzilla. What they did not know is all the while he was feeding off of the massive amounts of demonic energies they gave off becoming something new and even more terrible than either of these demons. After these demons realized what they had done they teleported him to our realm where a being existed that could challenge his power.

Powers and abilities:
Vast Physical Strength: Stronger than The Venom Godzilla and most known Kaiju.
Flight: Due to his ability to control his demonic energies he can fly without the aid of his wings.
Immunity to Fire: No flame or heat source no matter the intensity can harm him.
Vast Magical Powers: Due to his Demonic nature he has the ability to use his energies to create hundreds of magical effects.
Immortality: unless every part of his body is destroyed he will regenerate though the larger the wound the longer it will take to heal.
Regenerative healing factor: Due to regenerator G1 he can heal from most wounds and after gaining his demonic powers this ability became immensely more powerful.
Slight Weakness to Ice Magic: Due to his Demonic nature Ice Magic and Technology are slightly effective at weakening him though it is not enough to cause him to withdraw.

Allies: The Mutate, Space Godzilla 1&2, Diablo, & the Hellboy Clone.

Enemies: Dragonfury, Onu Un Godzilla, Black-hole Godzilla, Super Godzilla.

Personality: Before his Demonic transformation this specific Godzilla hated all of mankind and had destroyed all of the Orient. As he gained powers by absorbing the Demonic energies his hatred grew in proportion not only does he hate mankind now but all life and wishes to destroy everything.
