Description I've been meaning to make an armor tutorial for a while now. Hopefully it's helpful for some of you guys! I prefer using a cardboard backing for foam armor, since foam is really flexible and kinda sucks if you're running into everyone at a convention.

The armor shown here are the leg bracers for my Amon cosplay.

Materials used:
-Cardboard
-Craft Foam
-Gesso
-Paint
-Modge Podge
-Paperclay

You saved me a lot of headaches with this tutorial. Now I can get my Pharaoh Man costume done once I get at least the craft foam.

I have to admit, that is damn amazing you made that out of just cardboard and made it look that good. Nicely done.
