The part 2 off 2!But seriouslly Murtagh was the only reason that I didn't walk out in the middle of the movie -.-" Even though he is my 11th favorite does not change the fact that he is a strong character and just down right awsome.

I was mortally offended by the movie and it warms my heart to hear it made fun of. I mean siriusly what's with the strawberry-blonde arya wearin dresses an murtaugh with a marker drawn papercut on his stomach! Great pic

You are so right!! the sword had a sapphire, Arya was a red-head, Brom was killed by Durza, Saphira had feathers, Brom lit the house on fire, the Gedwey Ignasia looked like a spiral scar, there where no dwarves, the Varden looked Arabic, Murtagh's scar was on his side, he was put in a wooden cage, Snowfire was BLACK, Arya was human, she left for Ellesmera without Eragon, Durza had a smokey flying-creature, Saphira breathed fire just as the battle stared, Arya was awake when she was rescued, the urgals didn't have horns, they never mentioned Katrina, there were no elves and... ERAGON WAS BLONDE!!!!!!!

Dude, that is totally a great explanation for the movie. I really really HATE that move. I don't want to bore publicity with a lecture about how terrible the move was. Murtagh was the only feature the got (sort of) right! (Thus my UserName)

One other thing I noticed: I'm not sure the movie ever properly introduced Murtagh. The movie kind of made it seem like they were planning on cutting the character, but one of the extras kept walking into the shots until they wrote him in.

Plus, Arya's part is awesome. I thought exactly the same thing when I saw the movie, I was like: "wtf! Is she actually flirting with Eragon???And that skirt... SERIOUSLY, Arya?" They gave her the looks of a 15 year old girl in a party... Complete fail.

I hated the movie, because the book was better, REALLY better.
I watch just for Murtagh; Garrett Hedlund is such a perfect actor for this character and he's my favourite actor.
