Thier first theme was a whopper, illustrate the original Xmen team!
had a lot of fun with this one, haven't done many group shots so this was a real challenge!! I'm up against , who is a beast! I'm looking forward to seeing what they bring to battle!
traditional pencil lines + photoshop magic + lack of sleep applied on this one, I'm gonna call it done! crit always welcome

This one is very cool , I like that you actually made Iceman look snowy, like the first design (well, because many other artist actually drew his face).
A fun fact is that despite his name and overall appearance, Beast is actually shorter than Cyclops (well, they're all shorter than Cyclops) but this wouldn't look as cool with a shorter Beast. Great work

Yeah, I had to go BACK to the man himself, Jack Kirby!! wanted to reference his original designs, was fun to study his work Dude, you're right about Beast...he is way crazy big, totally didn't realize that til now, I looked at lots of reference! guess I thought it would look cool, lol thanks again for your kind words and fun facts!!

Simpson was a great cartoonist most famous for DC's Wasteland comic and his Megaton Man spoof comic. Not everyone's style...and not yours either...but, the expressions on a couple of the characters had his feel.
