thanks - i took some creative liberties, but definitely was just going for what i personally saw in the pixels.
i was debating on whether to interpret the face as some kinda mask just for fun.. heh.

no, sorry that's not what i mean.
i'm talking about creating a design FROM the pixels, and how it can be cool to see how original the character design can still be when compared to the official art.
the trick is trying not to be influenced by the official art. it's a fun exercise!

Yeah I'm just saying there aren't a lot of games out there that didn't already have box art done for them on cover. Though the earlier titles' box art were pretty horrid.
Now I'm just curious to know what do YOU see in those pixels.
