No, not really. Giratina has been confirmed to be the ruler of Antimatter, both in-game (HGSS Arceus event) and in an official interview, and the violence it was banished for is in reference to the destruction that follows matter and antimatter clashing.
And do not give me the ‘‘it has 6 of this and 6 of that and 6 of something else’’

‘‘may’’, a word that indicates one is not 100% certain, is a keyword here.

And that is to ignore the rest of the non-biblical possibilities of the Origin section:
