Description Here is my next Pokemon character, this time it isn't a female, nope, it's a male this time.

This is my Mewtwo, named Tetsuo.

Like some of my other Pokemon I had in the earlier days, I got a Shiny Mewtwo from Lloyd, I named him Tetsuo off of one of the characters from the cult-class Japanese animated film Akira.

He was another one of my Pokemon that I trained up to level 100, and like my "Silver cruse" I lost him when my copy of Silver died.

To keep his memory alive, I made him as a Pokemorph.

Since Tetsuo is a Mewtwo, and the "original" Mewtwo was a lab experiment, I gave him a jumpsuit/straight jacket like outfit with straps in order to keep him restraint, I keep feeling like that I turned him into a male C.C. from Code Geass, but that fine I suppose.

I know I may sound like a old nostalgic man, but I think Mewtwo is one of my favorite legendary Pokemon, I always liked it, and other people around the world must feel the same way, seeing how Mewtwo was in a handful of Pokemon Movies, in Super Smash Brothers. Melee, and was the first Pokemon to be shown having a Mega Evolution before people even knew that was a thing.

Even though I could of had a sexy Mewtwo lady, I thought it'd be funnier to have a single male, hanging around five females, maybe one of them would have the hots for him.

Tetsuo’s Bio

Genetic Begins:

With the success of the Mew cloning process and the creation of the first Mewtwo, the secret and shady Team Rocket leader Giovanni ordered other scientist in his businesses to make even more powerful super cloned Pokémon and a possible army of Mewtwo. One lab in particular was given most of the original data on the project. This lab was dubbed Omega Industries; it was located in the middle of nowhere in between the Kanto and Johto districts on a mountain range, Giovanni was able to fund this lab the most in there research because of it’s out of range location. Omega Industries was able to prove their results where the best, for they had perfect Pokémon clones of Mr. Giovanni’s team within their few months of operation. Pleased with the progress made, they were ordered to get to work on the Mewtwo project. Leading scientist Akira Akiyama was in charge of the project, she was given a year to make a stable and obedient clone. There were many failed attempts; many of the clones had terrible cancerous cells, deformities, and serious health problems. Most of the clones had to be put down because of this, and to matters worse their DNA was too “dangerously broken” to attempt using the same strand more than once. Time was running out and funds were drying up as the team couldn't seem to make a stable clone; on their last healthy strand. Miss Akiyama decided to take a risky chance, as she took the little good genes from the failed clones, and mixed it within the last strand. Her risky chance paid off, as for the team’s 13th and final attempt, of they were able to create a stable Mewtwo clone. To their shock and amazement Subject: #0013 was a different color than the previous Mewtwo clones, for he was green instead of purple; Subject: #0013 was also much skinnier, thinner, and taller than the others as well, he was joking dubbed as “Lean Green” for a short while. However, feeling bad for the good doctor’s son losing his battle against his illness, the other scientist named the Mewtwo after her recently deceased son, Tetsuo.

The Experiments:

With Tetsuo finally created and only 30 days left of funding, the team had to tame the genetic beast and present him to Mr. Giovanni, for the last Mewtwo he had run away from him. Tetsuo was actually obedient for the most part, however, the long hours of experimentations, constant shots of hormones and medicine, plus all of the battling was taking its toll on him. The only time Tetsuo found piece was when he was able to interact with Doc. Akiyama, for he took a liking to as she treated him like a mother would her son. As the testing continued Doc. Akiyama could tell that Tetsuo’s body was warring down on itself, she asked if they could take it easy on the testing for a while and let him rest. However, the team had informed her that Miss Akiyama was no longer in charge of Omega Industries and her assistance, Chad Connors was to take over a leading project manager. Akiyama was demoted down to computer desk work, and wasn't allowed into the lab site at all; she could only watch as the team overworked and tortured poor Tetsuo to the point of collapse. However, she hadn't lost all respect within the labs, for some of the other scientist grew tired of seeing Tetsuo in his miserable state, and planned to break him out of the lab and set him free. In the dead of the night the scientists, armed with guns, where able to set bound and gagged Tetsuo free. Tetsuo was in such a sorry state that he could barely get out of his containment cell; his body was covered in bruises, wattles, and cuts. With Tetsuo clung on to her back, Miss Akiyama run through the lab, even with the shower of bullets and alarms, she was determined to get Tetsuo out of the lab alive. But fate would not have this, for at the exit door of the lab, there was Chad with a gun in hand. He opened fire on Miss Akiyama a killed her with a single shot to the head. Tetsuo, in anger and sorrow snapped into a fury of Psychic energy, going on a murderous rampage throughout the destroying lab equipment and killing human and Pokémon alike in Omega Industries. Carrying the only person who he could call “mother” dead in his arm, he buried her under a grand oak tree a few feet away from the now burning Omega Industries. With his mother’s “gift” in a suitcase he found in her room, Tetsuo took off to the east to wipeout Team Rocket in Kanto with his fiery vengeance.

Rampage on Kanto:

With Tetsuo lose on the world, and no way to properly control his psychic powers, he took it upon himself to single handedly exterminate Team Rocket, and all of those who associate with them, both human and Pokémon. Tetsuo would wander in towns and cities, disguised as best as he could, to attack Team Rocket members when he could. He was cruel and merciless to Team Rocket and their Pokémon, often ripping them apart with his mind for the weaker grunts, and mind-wiping the elites, leaving them brain dead. The legend of the “Green Devil” started up in Kanto, warning all those who see a tall, green and white, feline looking Pokémon, to stay far, FAR away, for the safety of you and your Pokémon. Many law enforcement officers were told to kill on sight if he was spotted. Giovanni himself offered a 100,000,000 dollar reward for “The Green Devil” dead or alive. Even with the onslaught of hired guns, they and their Pokémon didn't stand much of a chance. Many of Tetsuo’s victims’ bodies were so destroyed and eviscerated that not even police could identify their bodies. With everyone too scared to find or even go after Tetsuo, many of the Kanto denizens were afraid of running into the “Green Devil”. That is, until a brave trainer decided to check out it’s hideout within The Indigo Plateau.

The Farcie Battle:

With his Psychic sense going off, Tetsuo realized that another human had come wandering in to his lair. To his surprise, it wasn't a bounty hunter, or a member of Team Rocket, instead, it was a 15 year old boy and a Shiny female Charizard who had wanted to challenge him. Tetsuo laughed and told them to get lost if they didn't want to get hurt, but they wouldn't listen, the boy spoke about “the power of friendship” and “Pokémon and people are supposed to live in harmony” this annoyed Tetsuo to no end and decided that in order to shut the boy up, he’d challenge him and his Charizard. Tetsuo was shocked, for the first time in a long time; he actually had a decent challenge, actually having to avoid attacks and out predict his opponent. He grew tired of this flying lizard’s games and figured that it was time to end this game, with a powerful Psyshock; he sent the Charizard hurtling into the cave walls. Her trainer run towards Tetsuo and bushed him in the head with a steel bat, the puny human actually managed to make him bleed. Angered by his feeble attempt to protect his Pokémon, Tetsuo wrapped his tail around the trainers neck and began to torture him, punch after punch and kick after kick, Tetsuo broke the trainers body down and tossed him head first into the in cave lake. Hearing a sharp scream from the other side of the cave, He turned his head and saw the Charizard engulfed in blue flames; but she wasn't the same, she was different, she was a Sea Green color, muscle bound, and angry. Before he could even pull off an attack, he felt her fist in his face that lifted him into the air. While getting popped up into the cave ceiling Tetsuo put it into his head that this Charizard must of found a way to Mega Evolve, he thought that he was the only one who could do that, but was mistaken. In order to even the filed Tetsuo Mega Evolved himself and retrieved the trainer, he was still alive to the Charizard’s relief. Tetsuo wagered the trainers life as the prize, if she won, she could take him and leave, but if he won, he’d kill the trainer and her; she agreed to the terms. The trainer was put aside to a “safe location” as the two did battle; for the most part, the two were evenly matched, not either of them making a dent in each other. But Mega Evolution had made Tetsuo’s body ache all over and his power was starting to fade, yet, this Charizard wasn't, she just kept getting stronger and stronger, avoiding his attacks and landing hard blows on him left and right. As a last desperation attack, Tetsuo tossed a frenzy of Shadow Balls at the Charizard, as he controlled them with his hands, he guided them towards her. The Charizard’s speed proved to be even too much for the Shadow Balls, growing furious, Tetsuo launched them all at her at once, but she had stopped right in froth of his face and flew into the sky. The last thing Tetsuo saw before he passed out was the mocking grin on the Charizard’s face and the Shadow Balls flying straight into him… The Battle was won Tetsuo was defeated for the first time in his life.

The Second Chance at Life:

When Tetsuo woke, he found himself inside a local Pokémon Center, inside an all-white room, covered in bandages and too weak to get up. As he awoke, he noticed that a doctor entered the room, followed by the trainer and Shiny female Charizard, they too covered in bandages. The man introduced himself as Professor Manchineel, and while Tetsuo was bedridden for about a week he had when through Tetsuo’s suitcase and found many interesting things. Tetsuo was growing more and angrier for knowing the fact someone when through his belongings, Manchineel commented on why Tetsuo never actually opened the case itself; he replied as he was waiting to open it on Miss Akiyama’s birthday. Understanding why, the professor gave Tetsuo his belongings. Manchineel told Tetsuo that he should be thankful towards Trainer Rich and the Shiny Charizard, Tenka; for they were the ones who dragged him and themselves all the way back to the Pokémon Center. He scoffed and told them to leave so he could get better. For the next few days, Tetsuo went through all of his mother’s video dairies, learning many things about Team Rocket, Omega Industries, and Akira Akiyama herself. The final video was recorded the night of his break out, Doc. Akiyama told Tetsuo that no matter what may happen to her or him, she wanted to let him know how much she loved him. The only thing he could do was cry… A few more days past and Tetsuo finally came out of his room, fully recovered and wearing his mother’s gift to him, a specially design jumpsuit that allows him to control his powers at his own free will. Tetsuo was at a loss now, he couldn't keep fighting Team Rocket by himself, he had no home to go back to, and all of Kanto was after his head; what was he to do? Then suddenly, Trainer Rich spoke up, he told Tetsuo that he could tag along with him and become one of his partners. Tenka wasn't so welcoming, for she though he’d double-cross them when things got tough. After a rather heartfelt speech from Tetsuo saying how truly sorry he was to both Tenka and Rich, she saw the genuine guilt in his face and knew he was for real about this, gave him and hug, and said “Welcome to the team.”

In present day Tetsuo now spends his days with his “father” throughout his journeys in the world. He is on of Rich’s “Top 3” as for he is never replaced on his master’s team. He has re-earned his name of the “Green Devil” in the Pokémon Tournaments for he is an undefeated Psychic type. He has a “brother-sister, love-hate relationship” with his master’s favorite, Tenka, he finds her to be a tad too clingy to master for her own good, but has a great amount of respect for her, since she was the first Pokemon to beat him in a fight.

Tetsuo is a bit of a smartass, liking to insult and provoke the enemy to make them lose concentration, so he can move in and finish them off quickly. Whenever he get physical, Tetsuo main uses his legs and tail to attack.

Wow that is an insane tale and background! I loved it, it was well made and heartfelt. I am understanding him more really. It is quite sad how he became who he is but it is heartfelt and warming to see him get a good home I love it! I think i am kind of solid on him when it comes to personality actually.

Tetsuo was one I got a chance to pour a bunch of personality into both character wise and backstory wise.
I had to do alot of research  on Gen 1 and the whole Mewtwo Project to make his backstory as detailed as I could and I think i succeed in that department.
The movies helped to fill in the extra gaps in that I may have missed.

Oh thank you kindly!

I put in quite a bit of detail in this picture and his clothing; seeing how the "original" Mewtwo was a laboratory escape-y, I figured a jumpsuit/straight jacket would be a good choice.

Hm, so THAT was what finally happened to Chad...

Interesting design, the way he continues to wear so many "restraints."  I suppose it's a form of bragging, "I don't have to exert myself fully to take care of you."

Yeah, Chad is super dead, I'm sure getting torn limb from limb by a genetically altered Psychic Pokemon is the worst way to go.

As for his "restraints" Tetsuo does wear them in a mocking fashion telling his opponents straight up "I'm better than you, and I don't have to use all of my power to take you down".

But, he also wears them for sentimental value as well, seeing how they were the only clothes given to him by his mother.

your right that green and strait jacket does make me think of C.C. course the smart ass bit makes me think of otto and black lol.

his back story is really good got a bit choked up when he lost his mom, it's sad she couldn't make it but she did in a way succeed in doing what she wanted and freeing him. I am curious tho after he and rich teamed up what happened with all those he had killed did the police just forgive his deeds or does he have to alter his appearance as he travels?

I can imagen that maybe something had to be done for what Tetsuo did.

Granted Team Rocket may be criminals, but killing them and their Pokemon is a bit extreme.

I'm sure that Prof. Manchineel had made copies and notes of all of Tetsuo's belongings while he was recovering in bed; where most likely sent the data to the police departments.

I think it's safe to say that they perhaps let him go with a slap on the wrist and a warning as to not and actively to go and hunt down the rest of Team Rocket.

So in Kanto, he may have to be a little careful about what he does, but seeing how he is now "under control" they don't see him as much of a threat as he once was.

As for other regions, I think they just think the "Green Devil" is only a myth.

yeah perhaps rich took on full responsibility for tetsuo letting the jenny's know if he get's out of line he'll take the punishment, his past crimes are probably being held off kinda like probation given his torture by team rockets scientist. as for the other regions that is very likely seeing as there are so many pokemon that no one has seen them all and very few have seen the rare ones, tetsuo being the only "green devil" makes him rarer then any other pokemon out there

TheGrumpiestPanda In reply to ArcCahlon [2014-01-19 10:11:27 +0000 UTC]

Being noble, of course Rich would take full responsibility for Tetsuo and his actions.

However, I have a feeling the travel through Johto may have been difficult, seeing how Team Rocket had moved their plans over there.

I can imagen that Tetsuo had to really control his anger towards them there, after all Johto is basically Kanto's "neighbor" and I'm sure he didn't want to get Rich or himself in trouble with Johto's law enforcement,

I'm sure in the other regions he didn't have to worry so much, but that doesn't mean he would smack around the other criminal teams in the other regions whenever he came across them, for he had a "clean slate" for causing a little bit of damage.

He is much more mellowed out and is at peace with himself in present day.

yeah I can see your point being surrounded by your sworn enemy and having to control your rage would be hard tho i'm sure tenka would slap him silly if he did snap again, but it sounds like after watching the video's and seeing the bond of tenka and rich that he's gain really good control of his emotions.

Yeah, I think Tetsuo's straight jacket turned out very nicely if I do say so myself, makes him look kinda crazy but sophisticated at the same time.

Gotta love how he knocked himself out with his attack.

I personally think that seeing him interact with Tenka would be pretty damn funny.

A male character between a group of female characters sounds like a comical anime plot. He looks pretty cool and never expect green will go good with a Mewtwo.

Yeah, one of the Pokemon in my team had to be the "odd one out".

As for Green, that's actually the Shiny color for Mewtwo.
