Now in glorious technicolor! This is Sarah Lynn, she works as a hired gun of sorts. Anything from bounty hunter to body guard is doable as long as it pays well. I actually did look up female athletes for reference to get the physique right.Critiques and suggestions requested.

And for the criticism related only to this, not both of them:
Her legs are too far apart for it to be a comfortable position, it feels quite forced. Her right leg also feels at an uncomfortable angle due to how you drew the knee, like it'd be pointing inwards while her left leg would be pointing forwards.
And her nose feels too low compared to the outline of the bend, considering where feline noses are placed on the muzzle realistically.
Other than that (and the things I listed in the other piece), her design is great. The haircut gives her quite a bit of personality, too.

I agree, good thing my "character models" are more like bases to work off of than something to actually fall back for an accurate reference.

Then I have a feeling we're both doing references wrong, apparently you should always check to a flawless reference instead of, for example, remembering how your character looks. I've always seen ref sheets as good for other people who might want to do fanart, but seems that's not the case.
I'm dealing with some health issues and should have surgery some time in late April or early May, then few months to recover. I suspect I'll be properly active in the autumn, and will most likely be taking some breaks again until then. But such is life, and for now I'm still alive, so there's that. Hope you've been doing well, though!

I'll most likely do another pair of ref sheets, anyway. There are a few things I wanna tweak now and I want front and back views.

I never finished a "good" ref sheet. I always get distracted midway. So I wish you good luck and will have a lot of respect for you if you finish the ref sheets. Or the project, for that matter. I'm good at procrastinating those too.
Not extremely serious. Dealing with a cyst that has put my immune response into overdrive for the past year, so sadly that includes dealing with way too big heartrate and bloodpressure, which sort of makes the anesthesia dangerous. Other than that, I'm being reassured everything will return to normal few months after the surgery. So unless I get really unlucky and become one of the 0.5% that die under anesthesia, I should be fine, so no need to worry. Specially since we don't have a long history and I'm typing this over deviantart... But it means a lot to hear some kind words regardless, so thank you
I sadly missed my chance to become a drama queen I guess. Should just write a journal saying I have cancer, they're always good for publicity.
