I never thought I would believe in ghosts. But after what happened to me, I'm not so sure anymore.
It all started a few months ago. I was walking home from school one night when I saw a girl standing in the middle of the road. She was wearing a white dress and had long black hair. She looked like she was about my age.
I stopped and stared at her. She didn't move. She just stood there, staring back at me.
I started to get scared. I wanted to run away, but I couldn't move. I was frozen in place.
The girl started to walk towards me. She took slow, deliberate steps. Her eyes were empty and cold.
I wanted to scream, but no sound came out. I was too scared.
The girl got closer and closer. I could see her face now. It was pale and expressionless.
She stopped right in front of me. She reached out and touched my cheek. Her hand was cold and clammy.
I screamed and ran away. I didn't stop running until I got home.
I told my parents what happened, but they didn't believe me. They said I was just imagining things.
But I know what I saw. I know it was real.
I've seen the ghost girl a few times since then. Always at night, always in the same spot.
I don't know who she is or what she wants. But I'm starting to think she's not a ghost after all. I think she's a time traveler.
I think she's from the past, and she's somehow come to the present. I don't know why she's here, but I'm starting to think she's not alone.
I've seen other people around her. People who look like they're from the past. I think they're a group of time travelers, and they're up to something.
I don't know what they're planning, but I'm determined to find out. I'm going to stop them, no matter what it takes.
I don't know what the future holds, but I'm not going to give up. I'm going to find out what the time travelers are up to, and I'm going to stop them before it's too late.
