Cutie Mark: A key with a lotus as the handle :: Both keys and lotus' are representative of opening up, or revealing something new. Lotus' are also representative of love in some cultures.
Talent: Matchmaking (Both romantic & platonic relationships)

History:
Lockpick grew up in Las Pegasus with her parents, Nettlekiss (Mother; Doctor) and Tritoma (Father; Flower Salesman), and she was often around plant life. She met a lot of ponies because she liked to play in her father's shop, helping people to find flowers that fit their needs as her father tended to the plants themselves. She learned a lot about ponies in the shop, and used it to quickly locate any plants they may enjoy.
At school, she often kept to herself, watching everypony from the sidelines. She spoke to ponies who were also on their own, making acquaintances of those who were going through a struggle. She often talked to ponies and helped them through their issues as they needed them, developing a reputation that made ponies go to her in times of need. When she got her cutie mark, it was when she had spoken to two mares that seemed to have similar interests and conflicts, and she introduced them and they quickly hit it off. Her cutie mark appeared, and she realized that she was fairly good at pairing ponies.
After a few more years, her reputation preceded her, and she was often known around the city. Disliking the attention she gained, she wished to move somewhere smaller and further away. She talked to her parents and packed up her things, moving to ponyville to start anew. However, word travels fast in ponyville, and she entered her new home to find a particular pink pony with a proclivity for parties along with many ponies from the town. Her wish of not being well known had seemed to be crushed, but she enjoyed the party nonetheless. After everyone left, she went to bed, getting to work setting everything up the next day. She now runs a lounge where she subtly nudges ponies to talk to each other, starting relationships from the background. She also works with a chef, a baker, and a decorator, who she is rather close to, but they don't often hang out after work. Lockpick lives in the upper floor of the lounge, which can be accessed via a staircase behind a door that is locked during work hours.

Personality:
-Observant: Pick notices tiny details about other ponies that most would overlook.
-Indifferent: She is often seen with a deadpan expression, not particularly one way or the other about most things. When she does truly care about something or someone, she will smile and possibly open up if asked about it.
-Secret Romantic: She wishes to find her special somepony, but is worried that they'll pass right by her before she actually notices.
-Good Listener: She listens to what others have to say, memorizing every little detail given to her as quickly as she can, just in case it is needed in a later situation.
-Determined: Once she sets her mind to something, she will stop at nothing to achieve it.
-Blunt: She will not lie to anypony, regardless of feelings that may be damaged by what she says.
-Mildly Obsessive Compulsive: She feels like everything needs to fit together nicely, and if one thing is off, she has the urge to fix it. This includes colors, objects, other ponies, and even tastes.

Relationships:
Nettlekiss (Mother): She was never super close to her mother, but was happy to have her guidance. They spoke every now and again through her childhood, but she was much closer to her father. She appreciated what Nettlekiss did for other ponies, and often told her mother that she was doing a very good thing by what her occupation was.
Tritoma (Father): She was often around her father, picking up some of his habits such as his tendency to "fix" things or how he is brutally honest. She looked up to him as the best pony in the world, because even though most ponies didn't see him as too important, she knew he worked his hardest and did all that he could to show the ponies around him that he cared.
