Bio: A rising kingdom is never devoid of enemies who stand against their progress for one reason or another, Is worse when said enemy is a monster they recklessly created out of indifference. The people of Bandora were a very young civilization, still under the rule of what the Meridian Kingdom deemed barbaric customs such as slavery and social elitism, but they were still a pacific planet until it's destruction at the hands of Lord Zedd and his flagship, the powerful Serpentera.

The Meridian Kingdom refused to come to their aid and in a struck of Irony, The person responsible was a Ranger himself. Lord Zedd, The Dragon Ranger took the royal family of Bandora a slave of them, knowing that their knowledge in the mystic arts would be an enriching addition to his Empire. Master Vile worked as Zedd's personal Alchemist while their children were taken to Zedd's long time master Lokar to further advance the twins' magic skills to "useful" levels. Only Rita, the oldest of the twins, was able to endure the harsh and cruel teachings of Lokar, Who saw in her the potential to best Zedd and repleace him with Rita as the Empress of Evil.

The order's decision of ignoring the threat upon Bandora made a lasting impact to many of the involved. Ninjor, a blacksmith from Phaedos resigned his position in the order shortly after the fall of Bandora and Self exiled himself from the Meridian Kingdom, vowing to never create anything that could bring death to innocent people ever again. With Ninjor's departure, Zedd begun his attack to the Kingdom, greatly decreasing their number of Rangers and conquering many of their allied planets, forming the Dragon Empire.

It was around this time that Rita completed her training and was now working as an Advisor for Zedd, keeping herself close to him, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. Her chance finally came when, after failed attepmts, Zedd finally manage to relocate the ZEO crystal, hiding in the core on a moon orbiting a Planet beyond the Kingdom's reach. The ZEO Crystal save her the job of weaking him, the energy field surrouding the crystal destroyed Zordon and Zedd's bodies, leaving them both on the verge of death. She took her chance and stole his power coin. With one swift attack, Lord Zedd was no more, or so she though.

Lokar's prophecy began to come true. With Zedd now gone, Rita filled the power vacuum. She surrounded herself of followers who served as her enforcers in her path to rebuild her lost Kingdom. In the end, after 500 years, she single handed managed to destroy the Meridian Kingdom and avenge her home planet. With her greates enemies now gone, Zordon, who mysteriously survived the ZEO Wave, was the only one who stood in her way.

Now, after Zordon sealed her away for six thousand years, Rita is now free to resume her plans and rebuild her kingdom on Earth. The only problem, The Power Rangers have returned to stop her.

Well, it didn't took me that long to finish her in the end. So here she is, my take on Rita Repulsa (which means i can finally upload Tommy, Yeah!). My Rita takes inspiration for what, at this point and time, is my favorite incarnation of the character, Sutisa Storm's Rita Repulsa from the Zordon Of Eltar Fan Film, a pretty interesting Take on the MMPR Mythos, even if a times feels more like Star Wars Rather than Power Rangers.

Design Wise, i wanted to take this as far away from the movies as i could, not that i don't like what they were going, is just i have a pretty good idea of what i want for Rita since 2013. Her human form is deliberately unconvincing, with pale greenish skin, elve like ears, claws and glowing green eye, with a Staff inspired by both the TV Show and the movie (with the Green Power Coin as the source of her magic). I Also added a monster form inspired by her brother Rito, but with the color sides swapped and she has runes tattoed rather than camo paint. I Also tried to implement some trades of her awful TV Dress like the horns and the collar into her monster form.
