I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and put in my description that I'm jumping on the bandwagon to make these icons!Evan is thinking about eating your soul. I can't decide which Eeveelution he'll turn into.

Actually, the thing is, is that as a Pokemon (especially in the Mystery Dungeon series) a creature on all four legs, such as an Eevee, would use his front paws in much the same way as a biped uses his arms. If Evan ever needed to grab a large object, he would wrap his front legs around it. For smaller objects, he would use his mouth, yes, but that's simply because he still needs to walk. So, yes, if Evan had soul-stealing capabilities, then he would use his cute looks to lure you into his front legs that would use to pin you down as he ate your soul. The End. You lose. Good day, sir.

Dogs do that as well, but they are still considered legs. It will be the front leg that has function of holding things to certain degree but it was not designed to hold stuff. And even if such arm excised, its function are limited because the lack of hands, therefore, he can't steal my soul. Unless you are suggesting that souls can be removed by suction therefore, don't require any arm or leg. Therefore, I win, Good night, mister.
