Me too, they were like the most impactful (for lack of a better word) books I've read, apart from dear old Palahniuk and, of course, Anthony Burgess. And the drawings just wowed me. I mean, the MAPS. Lawdie.

Haha, wow. This is well weird. Someone else from the year below commented me the other day. It seems all rather surreal, like I'm some mystical being that doesn't really have a physical form, just an essence. A strange, art-induced essence.

AAAAND as from today, I am no longer a proper old Kendrick girl. Today I finished compulsory education and have now moved on, so there is nowt more you shall see of me. Maybe my essence will linger. Pfft.

Good luck with Art GCSE (I assume you DO take it, cause if not you really should've) and have fun trying to dominate dA - it'll be passive 'net warfare. In the nicest way possible.

lol I didn't take art, I am fairly crap at it and terrified of Mr Gleave :S

Seriously? But your digital stuff is better than anyone in my year (that I know of) and your photography's pretty amazing. I understand the Mr Gleave issue though. All he did was call me crap and lazy (direct quotes) until the end of year 10, when he found out I'd actually done my sketchpads. THEN he was less terrifying, and more creepy. Not in a pedo way. Well, a little bit.
