This is one of the nicest fanart of Bakuman I have seen so far. The drawing and colouring style is quite lovely and I personally like the details you did on various parts of the work.
The best part I like about this piece are the contrasting colours on the character (it makes his goggles stand out, which is also nicely drawn). Oh, and did I mention his hands and pose are pretty well done?
However, at times, I find myself staring at the blue bird's scarf, which draws my attention away from the main subject. I don't know if this is intentional but I find it standing out a bit too much.
Overall, You did a great job, and you should do more bakuman fanworks! I would love to see them ^^. I hope this critique helps (my first time doing it ^^' )

Is this copic markers? Looks great. I can tell you have quite some mastery over it. Also, have they shown colors for Crow? If not, I think you've done an excellent job coming up with the color scheme.
