You look a lot like him. But, being the geek I am, I have to point out a few flaws.
1) You have a little too much muscles. Loki is a little more skinny- just a bit.Β (You're stronger than Loki! 
2) Your face is a little too skinny... (It may just be the angle of the picture.)
3) The green-ish color in the outfit is a little different from the original.
4) A few other minor things...
Never the less. I always love seeing a MARVEL fan. And it was really good! So, keep up the good work!
