A contest entry for slightlystormie 's moodboard contest!

Some things I forgot to put in the image itself is that when this creature gets immensly angry, it changes to the blue form uses an ice blast. Whenever performing the ice blast, the tounge color changes to match the appropriate temperature of the blast!
Speaking of the tounge, it has numerous large spikes coming from it, like how you would imagine a mutated cat-tounge would be..!

Another tid bit about the design is that while in its normal form, its antlers/horns forever "shed" ash. This is because I kinda wanted to make the horns/antlers seem like charred sticks, so the ash part is supposed to add on to that :3

The normal design also has a small mane of hair or fur along the spin, starting at the forehead and ending where the tail starts to curl.

But yeah! Thats all the info I felt like sharing about the design/dragon :3
