But, of course, it´s just a thing that happened duo the overal light and colors used in this scene... I use the same tone color as the other panels for Sakura, but, things change depending on how I work with colors and post-effects! ^^

"The ride never ends" is probably the most suitable line here.
How do you draw the lights gradient in the background by the way? I've tried the sphere gradient tool in Mangastudio but it looks nowhere close as nice as yours.

And for the light effects, it´s a mix of Photoshop brushes and render effects combined, it depends much on what I want to portrait but, this would give you a cool look to the lights! ^^
If you use PS, try to search for brushes for it, some of them are truly awesome and give many ideas for the effects and post proccess part of the drawings!
