=X-Gliitch-X asked me to do this for ~Neon-RaverIt's a quite complicated one but I had fun making it. It also took quite long.
It is said Rainbow and Allicorn OCs are bad and horrible and uncreative but this one really looks nice.
Just imagine meeting her in some club under UV light. Gosh that must look awesome.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy it. It, as always, even comes in Icon size and is based on #Desktop-Pony-Team stuff.

An older version of Photoshop and a base in either .psd .gif or .png format.
But you don't have to use PS, Gimp or most programs for pixel sprites work well too.
