Description
An updated on an obscure MotU character originating from the 2002 cartoon series.Sometimes called "King" Chooblah, and unnamed in his cartoon appearances (but referred to as the Kulatak Elder), Chooblah is the leader of the Kulataks (a race of kind of wolf/bear/yeti people) of Stilia (a frigid mountainous region in the Ice Mountains of Eternia).
I decided I missed the big shaggy forearms and wanted to try something slightly different with the legs.
