Description
The Brotherhood of Mutants' Mastermind (Jason Wyngarde) from X-Men - redesigned costume.

I based it largely on Lady Mastermind's costume (except in brown), but with a cape reminiscent me of his old one. I figured he needed to look more "super villain-y" and less "Simon Bar Sinister-y."

EDIT: He is either using his illusory powers to give himself a more handsome face, or he convinced/coerced the Morlock called Masque to reshape his real one. Either way, I didn't feel like drawing him like a drowned sewer rat.
