Description
My redesign of an old one-shot villain from the Filmation He-Man cartoon (Mu#66124: "The Toy Maker"). I've re-imagined him as a minor demon who disguises himself as a friendly peddler, helping him get close to his prey. There's probably something creepy / sinister about the toys he makes as well. His illusory disguise (i.e. his appearance from the old cartoon) can be seen in the background.
