I love all of the different expressions and personalities you crammed into this. You have youthful and quirky and silly and then hard-edge tough and aloof and more points inbetween. I don't know much about the Legion, but I like how this sketch of yours hints at the different personalities and stories of the different characters.

Definitely-- I always try to lock down the iconic personalities of the characters I draw. It's part of the job! It's not just fun poses and plastic doll expressions, after all.

I believe I have mentioned before that I love the Legion of Super Heroes, and your versions are great!

I've long been one of those guys that admired the look and feel of what I saw of the Legion while browsing the comic shelves, but didn't give them much of a chance beyond an issue here or there... UNTIL I saw the Manapul/Shooter run.
Then I was hooked!
I'm glad I'm getting a chance to draw them in that form now! SO much fun. Great work to have if you can get it.

Great to hear! I'm of the mindset that you can't do a Legion commission well without more than one Legionnaire in it.
