(1-5-19) Boy, this took a big update since the last time I posted this. Added walking, blocking, jumping, taking hit, ectThis is taking alot more out of me then I thought. Have stopped doing this by hand recently, and stared to work solely on tablet. it's faster, but do run into some problems when it comes to proportions and ect. Some more complicated things might still be done by hand down the line if i see it fit, or for simplicity's sake.
Look at my baby girl come to life. Loving the mouth open I used for some frames.
Things to note:
The attack effects have been removed. didn't like them, and the obscure the Sprite when showing them off. Will figure out something else when the time comes.
Only working on Key poses now. takes to long to do every frame of animation, as in the first attack sprites. For the sake of speed and getting to help on the project this is going to be a part of.
Some frames and poses are there as extras or fillers. didn't want them to be removed from the sheet.

It's really well done, I wish I had the patience for something like this.
Some random thoughts, too many colors? The first position of her attack is like she's a feline ready to jump on her prey. The feet/legs are strange.

I'd agree she has to many colors, the problem comes from Harmony's design herself. Was made a very long time ago, before I knew about character designing and ect.
But I don't feel like updating her design, think nostalgia is holding me back.
I can kinda see what you mean, looking like she's going to lunge, I might change her arm position or something.
And a big problem with the feet/legs are the style i'm "copying" has these thick legs. If i were doing a more original style, i might have more realistic feet/legs

The feline look was a good thing, don't touch it! The feet/leg isn't disturbing much.

I really don't know what to say in terms of criticism; anybody who can make anything look this good in this medium impresses me.
