I can't set time limits at all and always go over them, I'm strangely unhappy if I don't. Still, in 1 hour I'm probably just picking my nose and making no progress at all. I think my record has been ~10h for only a line sketch... Woooo.. I'm slow. ^^
I'd love to see more, finishing a sketch every day is a habit that I've always wanted, but it's pretty tough just for that reason.
