Hey, this is my fish eye from perspective. I got a B on it.... Always. But no biggie, hez a great guy, always pushed us, and didnt want us to jsut do okay work. If you saw the lined version maybe you'll see why i got a B. But yeah the fish eye is extremly suttle, bottom right of the sphere, i thought lets not over do it. O yeah, thanks Becky ong for the pose. ^__-So i retouched it up, kinda added some more deph and contrast. 8/5/07

Great work : ) And yea, I love a teacher would will push you to go above and beyond what youre capable of! Sometimes it's just by giving you a B. I know my teacher would do that sometimes to me and when other people asked her why I didnt get a 100 one it she would reply that I needed something to strive for XD or something like that. Nicely done! : )

I agree. And when a teacher gives you an A for work you weren't even satified with, or know isnt worth the it, it is especially harmful. Right on!

Oh my!! I know!! Sometimes I have had teachers do that to me as well and I would critique it myself to get a lower grade because I knew I was capable of better XD.

Originally, there was missles flying out of theyre ship at a gigantic Alien monsnter, but it was taking way too long, so i tookem out. SHe was supposed to be yelling at him, cause he was checking her out while she was firing the missle. I might put that in later, since ive gotten a bit faster.

WHat the hek man, dont feel bad. Just keep drawing in your sketch pad, your talented as well, but i didnt even see a sketch book from you. I dont think my drawings are as good as they should be, i wanna just rocket to the top of the list, and we all have to work together to get there.

I find Fish eye to be a bit tricky, I do like it very much though. Great poses, and the proportions of the two individuals is very good. Aside from the ship, and the people, I must say the sky is very nice as well as that little glare you put in there.
I like how the girl stands out, but I also think the ship could use some defining with colour to really bring out the full potential of this picture. But I know everyone needs a break, or just wants a piece to be finished quickly, so it's understandable as well.
Overall, a beautiful picture, lovely colours, and with the subtle fish eye effect in the corner makes the picture epic. I'm not sure if it would look this great if the entire picture had the fish eye effect. So another great job.

I love the whole idea and the poses are great, but the ship does need a bit more work. Go for it, because it would really help this image to stand out more

Hey thanks for the critique, i think your right, but i just dont know how to push the ship any further, well i think i can just i learned that the focal point was her butt, so i didnt wanna overdo the piece, needed some room for air. But i think ill push it further later when i can approach it correctly. Thanks again for you comments.

What's a fish eye? Is it really a fish's eye?
Anyway, I think this was really good and it was well done and all, but I didn't quite feel it. I think the airship is kind of rough, but I don't think that's it. It's a great pic and all, but this didn't quite make

fish eye is drawing thats done over a spherical graph, yeah and insted of using the whole sphere i used the bottom right of the sphere, really zoomed in, so its suttle, anything on the left wasnt effected much, but the right is. Yeah, this drawing is somewhat of a break through for me, with new techniques and what not, but yeah, thanks for the comment.
