More study is needing, and more panic is not. If you were to "study more" about the biology of panic -- you would find that when someone is in a panic, it is the biological equivalent of being drunk. Blood moves out of the brain, crippling critical thinking. Wise decisions and solutions are never made in a panic. 

The same corporations which pollute the world are directly in control of all of the climate panic rhetoric. Heed the oldest rule of real journalism that no one heeds anymore because in our new outrage culture reich real journalism is dead: FOLLOW THE MONEY.

The people who run this world, they're all biased and I don't trust them. They're all tyrants. On the left. On the right. Christian. Muslim. Jew. Atheist. Scientist, or not. I don't trust them. 

They all have agendas. They are all about power and control. And that is why the planet is so wrecked. And people who blindly follow narratives without doing more research and without thinking for themselves and who just want to panic, are the -- well, to use a term from Soviet Russia -- "useful idiots" that help to solidify tyranny and extend it's reach.

So you're falling into a trap thats going to bite you in the ass later, but don't worry: Conservatives and most humans in general also are falling into it. I basically feel like I'm in the Zombie Apocalypse right now.

Also, please don't feel picked on by my response. I even call out the Truth Movement all the time for being a bunch of brain washed hypocrites, but I also know that they don't know any better. Divide and conquer is an efficient strategy and the parasitic ruling class of psychopaths (the ones who run those polluting corporations, as well as all governments on Earth) that we not only allow to run everything but we beg them to run everything, has done a pretty good job of convincing humanity to destroy itself. A world in which most people want to embrace panic and outrage and ideological dick wags is a world in decline, even if the land, air and water were perfectly clean. There are other types of pollution beyond that of the chemical kind. Mental and emotional pollution is the most dangerous of all and it is what has us doing the bidding of the psychopaths, unwittingly.

We live in a world more terrifying than our worst most violent history and the most outrageous dystopian science fiction novel. And not so much because of what corporations and the ruling class are doing, but because of how the masses so easily fall prey to it. The worship of perceived human authority is the only one true religion or ideology on this planet, all of the others are virtue signaled. It doesn't matter who a person chooses as that authority. Adolf Hitler. Joseph Stalin. Hillary Clinton. Donald Trump. Alex Jones. Fox News. CNN. Whatever individual or group of individuals who claim to know whats best for everyone else that people get sucked into worshiping. 

You know, people who rage about saving the planet might want to ask themselves if we're currently a humanity worth saving. Look at how we act. Look at how unwilling to listen or "do more studying" humanity is. Look at how it would rather ideologically dick wag and "panic" as Greta suggests we do. Are we a species worth saving? Earth will recover no matter if we wipe ourselves out or not. Earth has survived super volcanoes and ice ages and comet and asteroid impacts. The Earth is resilient. The question is not about saving the Earth, the Earth will be just fine. The question is, are we a species worth saving? How are we acting? How do we treat each other? Is there anything particularly special, or moral, or noble or great about us? If not, then might it perhaps be a good idea for each of us to change for the better, instead of adding to the chaos? Might it be a better idea that whatever small section of humanity survives these times, that they choose to be the best version of humanity to be worthy of that survival?

There is so much the average person could do to make things better if enough average people were doing these things all at once, but apparently people don't want to hear that. They'd rather protest in the streets like idiots, and scream panic and rage at each other. And make narcissistic demands at each other. They don't want to hear about anything rational and reasonable. They don't want to hear about lots of small things each person could do that would have a huge impact if enough people did it. They want to rant and rage and protest and dive into drama. A collective toddler tantrum. Maybe if this is how we're going to act, we deserve the consequences? Why does no one ever ask if we deserve the consequences? Why does no one ask if perhaps what humanity is suffering right now is a fair consequence of our continued collective narcissism and apathy? No one wants to ask the hard questions.

This helps no one. I have lived my entire life on islands in the Pacific ocean and the effects of climate change are not consistent with what has been observed by me and others. That is why more study IS needed to see what changes are influenced by us and which are products of nature and its cycles.
