Our Splicer is trying out a new (and somewhat unstable) plasmid. She is not disfigured same as the other people in Rapture as it isnt until 1960 when Altas starts his revolution that Raptures citizens are completely addicted to Adam and splicing, which is what causes the mutations.

I just finished this game two days ago so I can now say for certain that you are doing a great job capturing what Rapture must have been like before all the crazyness, and I love the style of the 1950 and 60s you're displayed in these character designs.
