Why thank you! I was very B5 influenced at the time for sure, loved their art back in the day. Hopefully one day I'll have time to return to making art more regularly!

Haha well what would you like to know? I was mostly just trying out organic modeling styles and subdivision surfaces back then. I used to write up all sorts of silly stats for things and write stories and such back when I was much younger, not sure if I remember any though it's been so long.

Yeah the stories would be good. But more like how they operate. Are these ship being piloted by a crew are they completely sentient? If so are they a hive mind? What kind of weapons do they use?

I'm pretty sure the hard drive with all my writing from that time period was lost... will have to do some scans on all the old drives eventually and see if I have an extra copy somewhere. I guess thinking back to the time period for me I guess I probably would've imagined them as being sentient and probably a peer to peer distributed intelligence type of critter, operating on some partially hyperdimensional level like a guild navigator from Dune or a Mind from the Culture books, like a space whale? Weapons hmm well I'd guess giant beams of slicing death, some sort of biological method of Effector type tech able to manipulate EM fields to do useful things, maybe some kind of biological nanite/virus-like particle/emission that could be used in all kinds of creative ways.
To be honest I don't think I even wrote backstory for any of these, just copying the look and feel of some other art styles I admired, seeing what I could pull off at the time.

Looks great.
Like the look of the ships, reminds me of the ships in Wing Commander 5: Prophecy and the Shadow ships in Babylon 5.
Looks like the ships could use some light coming in from the foreground so its easier to see the surface details.
