Description Yep! It's that time again. The 60s are back in the form of this classic dart that further proved that the US can in fact make strange looking planes. This one was found at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum in the Dallas area.

I do declare that this site has among the worst categories. There's two places this could go. Transportation, or Military Photojournalism.

It's neither. I don't really think that a single seat interceptor is transportation. I also don't think that snapping a shot of a museum piece sitting on pavement is journalism. So I chose the lesser of two evils.

I would do the journalism thing because someone looking through "military journalism" is probably looking for military stuff(like fighter jets), while someone looking through transportation is more likely to be looking for pimped out Hondas or something. At least that's my reasoning for my stuff.

Anyway, cool pic, I like how they kept it shiny, now if they could only fully restore a B-58...

And yes! I've always loved the 50s and early 60s USAF look. That bare aluminum makes it so futuristic.
