I see what you are saying.. but...Β let me add, Not always.Β I can name many I've done over the years I was never really satisfied with, but were necessary for story reasons..Β Β Perfect example, I can't stand Mila Stern.Β I write her to be everything I dislike about people.Β She's who would cut you off in traffic and laugh about it.Β Β Rose though.. I like her.Β I was able to build her from the ground up, taking someone I shouldn't like, and giving her some depth that makes me want to really like her.Β

I know what you mean, although I don't have such negative characters. But I often am not satisfied with those I've created, in such cases I simply put them away and never use them again.
