$30 Billion is the total annual wealth of a midsize country(somewhere around #100 of the 200 countries in the world).
There are less than 50 individuals worldwide that could afford to pay that, and most would be bankrupting themselves to pay it. There are less than 10 individuals in the world that could pay that and retain most of their personal wealth.
To find any significant amount of bidders you would have to reduce the price by a factor of at least about 100 to about $300 Million or so, more likely about $50 Million.
Think about it -- 1/30 of your price, or about $1 Billion, would buy you an army that could make you King/President for Life in about 50+ countries in the world.
