Oh HELLO everyone!
Honestly? Who dosen't love Tails? No one! And certainly not the girls in the series!

I just love working on this guy!

When I unveiled my G9 Cosmo model, I said I would eventually outclass it with a G10, didn't I?
Well, that event is now!
Unveiling Tails GX10V...

uh... honestly, forgot the version number, stopped counting after 36.
Let's just call it gen 10.

I made this model the other day, and I wanted to test it out. See what work and what didn't. But you know me, my creativity is in the negative, so I asked a talented artist on deviantart ( you might know him, he's really good at making Comics)

...to make me a few drawing I could use as reference for my test.And he gave me THIS:

Which was exactly what I needed!!
I didn't quite manage to get the essence of the top right image.There is a little je-ne-sais-quoi in the pose I'm missing...

But anyway, this test was very useful, I spotted a few bug I quickly solved.

the runcycle however, is made only by yours truly ( which is probably why it's not good looking)

So...here it is! Gen10! Complete with the twincopter function,eyes that can switch between 2D and 3D at will, Twin tails splits end ( I'm kinda unhappy wit them though), a full new mouth that does NOT rely on bollean mechanics, and a fully optimized control panel for the numerous drivers.And much more!

Now...next step. Have an ANIMATION test.

I'm still terrible at animation, so anyone know where I could find references for THAt kind of testing?

Model stats:
-Vertices: 28-60K ( depending on the features engaged)
-Render time 2.8-3.7 seconds per frames.
-Size 28Mb
-Playback rate :9-12 FPS, depending on features.

OBM'S:
Made 100% in blender. Yes, even the arms flailing around distorted. Even the mega big mouth. It's all 3D. Only thing that ISN'T is the orange background, made in OpenToonz.
( The pattern WAS made in blender though)
-Made 100% by me. But the poses concept art were made by Blackdoom86
-Original concept and Character by Sega
-Okay, I kinda cheated a bit, my model legs are naturaly shorter than the reference art from BD86 had, so I kinda stretched the leg a bit to make it more ressemblent.Longers legs are better, I fully admit, but that's how the Sonic X concept art was originally made, so i can't go againt it.
-Made with the EEVEE engine.
