Dear Matoran Universe,

While browsing the Great Archives, I became interested in the canonical MOCs of our BIONICLE system.

Various instructions were created and canon MOCs were developed. Looking closer and wanting to reproduce these creations as best as possible, I noticed potential construction errors compared to the official photos.

However, to obtain these different MOC guns, competitions were launched. One of them did not result in a canonization. This is the 2008 Glatorian Building Challenge.

This instruction is based on the pieces presented on the competition cover. Putting the pieces together, the set comes from the sets Tarix 8981, Malum 8979 and Skrall 8978.

I shaped a MOC by giving it a special place within the BIONICLE universe.

The latter is called Zalok The Fallen.

“Zalok, once a feared gladiator in the arenas of Bara Magna, was the forgotten brother of Malum, nicknamed The Fallen. His limitless cruelty and complete lack of honor led to his being banished and removed from society. He fought mercilessly, winning his battles through brutal force and sick cunning. He was feared not only by his adversaries, but also by the Skrall, as he had a habit of tearing off limbs from his enemies to use as weapons and keep them as trophies of terror. The Fallen wielded a unique weapon, a fused mixture of a shield, mini-axe, and Thornax Skrall launcher, fashioned from his hands. Hanging behind his back was a Skrall arm torn off during a previous fight, this gift transforms the Skrall into docile and obedient creatures, fearing the same fate. "
