Wow ! Gotta say I'm impressed with those colors and the lighting. Gives it nice realistic shapes and stuff (: Can't really say too much about the anatomy since I know nothing about horses.
But that background. Jeesus ! I love the snowy mist effect and the mountains in the back look great !

Pretty good, not much to comment on the anatomy. For the coloring, however, I would recommend you to up the contrast a little, or to lighten the horse or darken the background, as this would give the horse a more "starring" role.
